For whoever needs to hear this, yo yo dieting is not success. Do not do it and do not follow in the steps of those who do. If you lose 50 lbs and the gain it back, you HAVE NOT FIGURED it out yet. Dont do what you did before. Find people on here who have been a healthy weight for a long time. Learn from them.
