I am plugging along, I am again finding it easy to eat right.. thank you God! Walking 5 miles a day... 4 at one time then another mile in the evening... and choosing healthy. But not beating myself up if I go somewhere and there are no choices I would normally make,,, but eating less. wow the steak was good last night but I stuck with one serving and didn't go for more that I soooo wanted to.
