Day 22:
Tomorrow is my weigh-in. I'm afraid there will be a gain--I haven't been trying as hard as last week. I just hope the gain doesn't discourage me...I get discouraged so easily... Part of the reason why I haven't been doing so well this week. I will work out tonight, hopefully...
