Hopeful Banter's Journal, 17 December 2014

Cut down all milk in my tea/coffee. Only drinking 1 cup of coffee per day but lots of rooibos tea with cinnamon and lemon juice. Had an avo with my cheese omeletee for breakfast, instead of mushrooms and tomatoe fried in butter. Had a smaller portion of meat with my dinner. Seems to be helping :)
180.1 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
