Did real well with snacking today, probably will stay under 1200 cal. Got an extra walk in at my second break and as bad as my leg hurts it wasn't easy. Got new meds from Dr today, so hopefully it helps. Asked my daughter for walking sticks, so with the extra support, maybe I can walk longer and more often. Looking forward to my next weigh in.
