I am very excited about losing this extra weight. I have been getting everything ready and exercising more every day to build up for a daily routine. I know the first few pounds are going to come off fairly quickly once I start keeping calories in check. I just know I will need to break through the plateau when it gets to that point. In the past I have become frustrated and given up when I reached that point, but not this time. Because this time I am reaching out and hoping the support of others will keep me going. It is something I've never had before so I am more than willing to give it a shot. Thank you to everyone in advance.
