Ok so I’m back in the trucking saddle this week y’all. I’m committed to doing something different and get back with the program. Vacation was so good! Actually ran and did some interval cardio on a treadmill in Tucson last week and ran a few minutes again on our morning walks in Sierra Vista. Dumbbells back into a NEW brand truck this week and headed for Maine. 4K miles round trip! Wish me luck. Man Does Not Live On Coffee And Protein Powder Alone… Well Maybe? ✌️
