It's a good day. My weight went back down some. I am tired, though. I didn't sleep well last night. Fortunately, I worked over a few days ago and plan to leave early today. I need to rest up for legs and back workout tonight. I had a good yoga workout last night. I just need to keep out of the goodies. My wife has cakes and cookies lined up for the next week or two. S.
