Ugh..

Up and down.

Need to get my head back in the game.

Lots of family drama, relative on a ventilator, another going for 3x heart bypass, personal home projects and work.

Am i blaming outside circumstances for this yoyo trend?

Maybe.

Going to get some exercise this weekend, some shrub planting and dog walking.

Perhaps, that will clear my head.

And so it goes...
