Resisted urge to eat chocolate biscuits yesterday, while visiting friends, had picnic and nice walk, then straight to Bowls played for 2.5 hours then ate my chocolate when I got home for dinner 🤣 I dropped yeah😁
134.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
