Well, here I am again. 161 lbs. 23 lbs heavier than I was a year ago. It's been harder than ever to get back on track with a healthier eating and exercise routine. I have "started over" more times than I can count. And so, I am starting over yet again. I haven't eaten any sugar crap in a few days and have begun my clean eating after the holiday meals. I am exercising every other day for 20 minutes, in doors, on an elliptical type machine. This is week one. Good luck to me!
