Well, yesterday was a solid 20lbs down.
Today, not so much.
Up .4lbs.
I'm going to blame it on water and mostly - stress.
What's the plan for turning this in the right direction....?
Stick to my plan and accept the minor correction.
We'll see what the rest of the week has in store.
And so it goes...
