Morning FS friends!

Gotta keep this short as I am slammed at work and projects.

Well I hit the 20lb loss mark.

I think that is a solid achievement for 28 days.

Now, I need to get my head ready for the May 'back in the gym' goal.

Wish me luck!

20 pounds is 28 days. Wow. (I am thinking it will take me 20 weeks to lose 20 pounds. I figure 3 years for my total weight loss goal.) You are amazing.
