Well, yesterday I broke 280lbs.
Today I did it again...just that I went the wrong way.
I'll attempt to be positive about this in that I still lost .5lbs for 2 days running over my weigh-in a few days ago even with today's gain.
That's 1750 calories per day - not too shabby.
OK, so that's the 'lemonade' for today.
Now the raspberries...
I have a team meeting with my colleagues today at a Mexican restaurant.
Dreading it. If you have been following me, you'll recall that I have mentioned this luncheon before. We haven't seen each other for 1.5 years, and in that time, I've put on 50lbs.
Ugh...
What exactly do you say when your appearance speaks for itself?
So, I'm going to try a keep a smile on my face while I cry inside.
And so it goes...
