Is the recipe in fat secret recipe book? 

No I found it randomly while searching raw/paleo desserts. There are many different versions you can make

I used 3 ingredients: Steamed Sweet potato, Raw cacao and Honey. After the sweet potato has gone cold, bland together with cacao and honey til creamy, eat straight up or refrigerate it's your choice. try making these in a 1:1:1 ratio. Go easy as all ingredients are high calorie.
