I've been off my diet lately. It really sucks,
All that hard work of early mornings at the gym & painful scarified are being undone.
I'm exercising kindness towards myself. Meal prep is ready for tomorrow & so is my little food scale which I really love & miss.
I hit the gym this morning so that helped, but I need to be pushing a lot more harder and realign with my vision if I'm going to receive any lasting gain.
Looking forward to a new chapter starting now.
