I fell off the wagon this weekend, I didn't do my usual 3+ mile walk nor did I track my calories and I am afraid to weigh myself in fear that I gained everything back. I also had some drinks so I know I went well over my deficit. :( I am trying to remind myself that this journey is not linear and as long as I recognize my slip and correct it, it will be ok.
