Today, I am making a light version of the Pioneer Woman's recipe for Cheesy Broccoli casserole. If the casserole tastes good I will make it for a Christmas party I am going to next week. I volunteered to make this dish and I have never tried it before. I am reducing the fat and calories by using reduced fat Ritz crackers and 2% milk. If anyone wants to try this recipe (this is the original version with a lot more fat and calories) I will post the link below.
