Usual breakfast of soft boiled eggs with olive oil, parmesan and fresh cilantro and 2 slices of bacon.

And then lunch hit. Boom 12 party wings with Parmesan Garlic Sauce TWELVE!
The calories went way up and even though I took a walk this morning looks like I will be taking another one this afternoon and giving myself a good talking to lol.

On the bright side, fasted 19 hours before the great indulge. Looking for that ray of sunshine.

Trying to lower insulin resistance, so trying to keep the carbs down, I guess I better think about the calories as well.

Best not to post the image anyway. You admit you ate them. We believe you. Why trigger anyone else with a photo? It's hard enough to lose weight without a "commercial" for wings here. Good job on the walking, though, as damage control. You'll do better tomorrow 💙💙💙👍🏻
