Ok!! the scale does not reflect my efforts this week! My stomach is soar from crunches, my knees are swollen from Zumba and I have been RUNNING!!! yet scale is up 1 pound...with that said I am not discourage!! I will keep pushing my limits and eating right... Have a Great Monday!
