I've been enjoying oat milk with plant protein powder for breakfast and evening snack. Nightly binges to the point of pain almost every night for a week- disrupting my sleep, energy levels, self esteem, and work.

Eat a larger supper…like 300-400 calories more than normal. That helps me fend off bedtime snack attacks. How many calories are you binging? I know I could down 1000 calories of cookies and milk in five minutes back in the day. 400 more at dinner is a better option. Thoughts?

I was eating six times a day for a few weeks with no binges. I don't know that there is an easy solution, I've had disordered eating since I was a young kid. A thousand calories at once is nothing to me! Going to keep being compassionate to myself and pay attention to how my body feels.
