I really need to just HIDE my scale. I am noticing that I'm on this scale everyday. I'm also noticing about myself that my reasons for losing the weight (to be healthy, more energy), I'm losing touch of that. I want results and I want to be thinner and stay thin but not the expense of me. Yes, the weight is coming off and I work really hard and have made A LOT of healthy changes in my lifestyle and eating, but I REFUSE to be consumed with losing weight and reaching a "number"....that's crazy. Get it together!
