I'm still trying to figure out the ends and outs of FS, so forgive me if this is common knowledge, but how do you change your RDI numbers? FS has mine listed at around 1800, and I just think that's way too much. I would like it to be around maybe 1200-1300 but I can't figure out how to change it in my settings.
Can it be done?

Hey southerngirl92, you want to make sure you are under the "My FatSecret" tab at the top. Then on the right hand side, you want to click on "My Diet." Then under "e" you can setup/ change your RDI. It will calculate it at first but you can change it in the next step.Hope this helps!
