Making progress! I've almost hit my first mini-goal: to lose 10 lbs.

*Note to self - Continue to try new things. Keep going with the spin classes, and try to find a workout buddy.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.9 lb a week
