15 pounds down! I don't feel like I'm "dieting" anymore. Since cutting out the extra sugar I've been consuming, the cravings have stopped. I haven't felt like this in years. This is something I can live with. I still allow myself sweet snacks, but it's a lot easier to control now.

Faboulous would be an understatement. You are definitely in control of your cravings and obviously snacking sensibley. Lots to learn from you.

I too have been cutting out excess sugar in my diet!! I've actually found myself craving more vegetables instead. Something else that I am doing is using sugar substitute when ever and where ever I can. Before coming to this site I lost 9 pounds just by cutting my sugar intake....than I got stuck on a plateau, go figure...so now I'm exercising when I can and doing You: On a Diet. Well, keep up the good work, u should be proud of yourself!!
