Today was DAY 2. I worked out an hour and a half yesterday and today and I'm feeling really good about it. I've been more conscious about what I have been eating, too! I really think I might lose a few pounds this week for the first time in years. I don't want to get my hopes up, but I'm feeling really good about this! =]
