Is it a good day when the scale doesn't move up or down?

I supposed that depends on where you are in your plan and overall perspective of weight loss in general.

For me, it's a bit of a 'double-edged sword.'

No weight gain, great. No weight loss - automatic analysis kicks in.

Did I eat too much, did I not drink enough water, am I moving into another plateau?

Maybe on those days where you see no progress on the scale is the same day that your body is simply resetting from the previous day(s) gains or loses.

Maybe this is the perfect day to just let it go with the constant overthinking.

Maybe this is the perfect day to just stick with your program, for me KETO/Interment fasting - and let the universe work.

After all, if you are sticking to your plan and doing the 'next right thing' - what else can you do - really?

And so it goes...
