After stalling out for weeks, movement is happening again. The 1st target of 30lbs is being celebrated. Phase 2 is starting with a new goal of another 30 to lose. I'm now used to the 1100 calories a day target the Dr. gave me and seems 2nd nature now. Sure, some days I go over, sometimes a lot, but overall, it's now easy to maintain.

I see you are are about the same weight as I am. And you are also following CICO with 1100 calories, with Doctor supervision. How do you do it without journaling your food every day in FS? I am curious, as I am looking for ways to automate and save some time, but still stay at ~1100 calories, so that I can continue to lose weight.
