My plateau is BRUTAL. It feels like I'm completely unable to lose weight. I've only lost one pound in something like 3 weeks, despite swapping diets and adding workouts, and I only lost THAT pound when I skipped food for 48 hours. It's been 24 again now, and I have no real desire to eat, so maybe I can manage another pound. :/
