Quick check of weight this morning, still at 131 so a lose of 3 pounds since starting FatSecret again on Monday! 🥳 Off in a few minutes time for a spa day and evening meal and stay at hotel with friends! 😅 Hopefully will not put anything back on. 🤞🤞
131.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
