Happy 😃 happy Saturday….

Woke up at 4am….but turned off alarm…finally got up at 430…no big rush…have put riding on hold…spent yesterday just sitting around..taking it easy…not something that I’ve gotten use to…made for a long day…but do feel better..just lazy days next few days till doctor apt and check ups….

37 outside this morning…a reminder march is still here…and yet…next Tuesday and Wednesday..in the 70s…

Had to stop and put headphones on usb charging…I use them a lot…

Weighed in yesterday after 87 days…3 pound loss…just don’t see it come off as fast…as it goes on..but…that’s life…

Had discussion yesterday with resident in here..he leads a exercise class..basic moves while sitting in chair..he was committing to me..how he had noticed his muscles in his legs weren’t as strong as they was when he came in…he’s a big sports fan…told him to much recliner time..not enough hall or stair climbing time..he knew that…but told him..it’s his choice..to use it..or lose it…he plays pool…but can only shoot 3 shots..before his back hurts…pot belly in front…he knows the answer…just needs to take control…he told me other day..he could see I had dropped some weight since I came here 6 months ago….told him..watching my food..walking..moving my body…told him my legs were able to move me better now then when I came..yes I rode..but walking was different..I had trouble…

Well…closer to breakfast time..things to do…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Went to his exercise class today…30 min…lol..I was looking at clock…although I didn’t do all the moves..it was challenging…to do some of the moves…mostly sitting in chair..raising arms…or legs…told him I’d see him Monday….

Good going. A few sessions and you will be as limber as the rest of those attendees. Like you said, movement is so important. When I go outside at sunrise, if all I do are some arm exercises, I at least get some movement in. 👍

You are so dedicated with your exercise. I’ve never been very consistent even though I love walking and doing my aqua-sizing. I always find some excuse even if it’s laundry, cleaning, etc. Congrats on your dedication!
