I changed my activity to sedentary and now have 1500 kcal per day as my rdi instead of 2000 - I wonder if this will help? Until now I have put on weight instead of lost it and it's depressing - especially the almost 'pregnant' look I have at the moment!
I'm now going to try 'clean food' and see if that helps - so far so good, I ate breakfast at home (quaker oats) at 7am instead of at work at 7.30am (very difficult to eat so early in the morning).
Does anyone have any experience with clean foods? a handy food shopping list or something?? would be most appreciated!
