Just added last night's Pringle purge. I ate a whole tube never realised how many calories before, no wonder I felt ill... Can tell you now NEVER AGAIN!
125.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
