I am feeling very optimistic today as I go into my second week of vegetarian living. I'm transitioning to a near-vegan diet, but I doubt that I'll ever be a "pure" vegan, because I really think that I'll continue to eat pizza and cookies at parties when offered... though I won't keep them at the house. I'm doing great with the point system, and feel hopeful for losing a pound a week, to be at my ultimate goal in under two years. Sounds good to me.
