It has begun (dun dun dun).
This is week 1 of half marathon training. I'll be running every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for 3 months. The race is August 23rd. This week I have 3 mile runs on Tuesday and Thursday and a 4 mile run on Saturday.
And... I did a 1,000 rep workout this weekend. True story. It took me 35 minutes and I'm still sore. Last week I mentioned I was thinking of creating a "Hell Week" challenge. Well, I wanted to make sure the 1,000 rep workout was possible before I put it in the plan. Now I just need to figure out a few more days to finish it out. I want the challenge to be... challenging, but not entirely impossible.
