Today has been a challenge. I actually yesterday was able to take a break and go for a 2 mile walk, I also downloaded the Couch to 5K app, I was not able to complete the first day, because I started feeling horrible last night.
This morning I woke up with a sore throat, head cold, pounding headache and chills. I have been battling these symptoms all day, and can not breath enough to really workout. I will focus on my diet today and not overdoing it, until I feel better.
1. Stay in a Keto Diet 2. Keep calories under 1500 3. Drink 1 gallon of water 4. Walk for 30 minutes 5. Not eat after 4 pm.- Last meal 5 pm
