My weight loss for the past 2 weeks seem so slow although I followed my diet diligently. I don't eat rice most of the time. I replaced it with oatmeal. My meal composition is of proteins and veggies. I do cardio (taebo/or zumba) atleast 1 to 2 hrs 3 to 4 times a week but there's no much effect on the scale. Stucked! (quite disappointing at times).

Physically, I noticed some inch lost on my waist area. Also my butt, thighs and legs muscles are becoming toned compared 3 weeks ago. My double chin is almost gone. But my weight does not show that I'm losing. Well, just a bit.

I exercise with a group 2x a week to keep me motivated and do 2x here at home with a buddy.

I need more patience :)

Patience and knowingness, knowing that the real you is coming out of its shell. Think how much healthier you are with these rigorous exercises moving out all that old stuck fat. Yes, give it time and don't give up the knowing that you're on your way!
