I want to lose weight but I am not willing to do what it takes. blah blah blah. 159.5 other than that I had a nice weekend. biked and walked. lovely weather. bought bike helmets for the first time in my life. will try harder tomorrow to write schedule down etc.

It may not seem like you're willing to do what it takes, but it sounds to me like you're more active! Those are the kinds of changes that will make a difference in your health in the long run. Keep that up, and keep trying to find healthy swaps for the most tempting foods, and I'll bet you'll end up losing. Enjoy this wonderful weather!
