I did well today. My workout was a 30 minute walk. I ate well below my 1600 calorie deficit.

Good for you!! I enjoy walks w my 2 granddaughters. Another meal that keeps me full for hours that I thought of is an easy crockpot meal. 2-3 chicken breasts, block of light cream cheese and whole jar of great value salsa verde. Pan fried purple cabbage w olive oil on side.
