Thank you for responding. Carb cycling eh? Saw someone was Protein cycling? maybe. my brain isn't trustworthy for retention anymore. I've been looking at macronutrients i.e. counting macros. Looks interesting. new concept for me. ha love learning in my older age. :) I've learned more in the past 10 years than I did in my first 70. LOL.

Gwen, no processed meat for me! It's grass fed brisket, trimmed of fat, cooked on a smoker. It was last piece, leftover from dinner a few nights before.💜
