Happy Monday, I reckon I am going to have to walk on the treadmill for exercise as bewteen my knee and my back I couldnt do it this morning maybe I will try and just suck it and get through it when I get home.

Probably not s good idea. Sometimes you have to just rest your back. I know plenty about back issues but nothing about knees. I can only assume rest might work for that too.
