So, another week of the new eating plan (waaaaay less booze, less wine, no junk food, and eating 5-6 small meals with dinner earlier, between 4 and 5) and we scale in at - 205. I've been at this weight since the beginning of the month. Hmmm. Maybe, as in the old Atkins Diet, I'm going to see a "Whoosh" at some point, and get a dramatic change. Still exercising every day too. Weights one day, and cardio the next.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Hello have you tried recording your foods daily to see if you are under or over eating. For me recording has been an eye opener. Good luck :-)

As a matter of fact, I HAVE done that, even to the point of keeping track of the protein, carb, and fat content of the stuff I was eating. Or at least as best I could. Then, at the end of the day I would total up each 'column' and see how much of each category I was consuming. I've got PDF files I downloaded from a site (and printed out) that helps me keep track of meals, and exercises. Pretty amazing (if you're honest with yourself) to see how MUCH you eat in a day - REALLY. Thanks for your tip.

That's why the food log on here is do useful. A great tool.
