Going up and down about 2 pounds every week. I end up at the same but I need to get it passed 132 now. I think if I can get into the 120's I would just start putting my new scale weight in as is and not adjust for what my old scale said. They are 10 pounds off and I know I used the wii scale for several years but now that I have the other one I feel like I am lying to myself about my weight since it is 10 pounds more than the wii. For now tho I can't bring myself back to the 140's. Yes, I know.... crazy mind games we play with ourselves, lol. It's only three more pounds before my new scale gets there so I will wait. Did not get out to run this morning (to rainy and blah) but I did do some yoga and still plan on 20 minutes on my bike. Tomorrow I hope to get out for at least a mile maybe two. Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend and has a great week as well.
