Easter weekend was rough. Although Friday and Saturday weren't too bad, Sunday was brutal. Since my inlaws are separated we had to go to two dinners and eat full meals at both so as not to be rude. Saturday I spent 7 hours replacing fence panels with just an egg salad sandwhich two pickle spears and dinner at my parents.
Giving up alcohol until reaching my goal weight was challenging on Saturday night because I am used to at least having wine with dinner but my parents understood my reasosns and didn't even ask me if I wanted any which was helpful.
Back on the horse today with the diet and I start my running challenge today!
