Its been raining all week. I mean all week. If it isn't pouring its been drizzling or overcast. I have to say its a nice break from the humid weather we have been having (here in Trinidad). I have pretty much got rid of my flu. I got over it quickly and I attribute that to drinking golden milk on evenings. Its basically tumeric, almond milk, cinnamon and honey boiled into a sort of tea. I had a head cold and it never made it to my chest (usually it would) so I highly recommend this stuff. Just look up a recipe for golden milk online and there is also lots of info on its added benefits.

So enough about my flu. I think I'm better enough to do some light gym today and tomorrow. I really couldn't wait! There will always be obstacles - its up to you to have the will power and determination to overcome them.

Glad you're feeling better! That tea sounds interesting. I just googled it and it does seem like it has a lot of benefits, I may have to try it sometime.
