I find the inner thighs to get those cuts are challenging for me. Thanks for sharing. What type of exercises do you do?

PinayRN..right not I currently do split workouts. Mondays I do a pretty heavy leg/quad day Tuesdays I do biceps and triceps and abs Wednesdays I do shoulders and back Thursdays I do glutes/hamstrings abs Fridays shoulders, chest Sometimes I mix up the days to fit it into the week whenever I can, i dont always stick to those days but that will give you an idea, now I am starting to increase my cardio I am doing 30-45 min of cardio in a separate session from my lifting sessions. So essentially I will be doing cardio 4-5 times a week along with my lifting and I will also mix up my workout to increase the frequency of how many times I am training shoulders and back. I would like to be training those target areas three times a week.
