Weight up to 15St but I notice body fat is now down to 23.5% from 26.5% and Hydration up from 53.5% to 55%. That's all good and may mean I'm gaining muscle @ the expenses of body fat. Shame I feel absolutely knackered! :-)
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
