Morning all. Coffee in hand and I woke up this morning, so I think it's going to be a good day. Temp is about 50 this morning and cloudy. Suppose to rain.
Scale is going down, so that is a great start to my day. YAHOO!!!
WOE and WOL is going well. At least I am off to a good start. I always start strong and then drop off. I wish I could stay strong for the duration of my life, because that is what I need to do. Being a food addict is ridiculious!!!!
