So.. Memorial Day weekend was a blast... but if you look at my diet calendar.. you will see that I did not keep up with my records. I did do my best to eat right this past weekend.. just spent too much time with family, that I couldnt even tell you what I ate and when i ate it.. I wasnt worried about putting it on here. However.. i do know that I did well.. and made sure that I followed what I have learned.. and made sure to stay away from the desert table.. and the fatty stuff. With everyone else burger, I had a jennie o turkey burger and a baked potato with fat free butter spray.. salt.. anda little mozzarella. I however, did eat two deviled eggs of my moms.. and I know the mayo in those suckers was not fat free... lol. But.. I can proudly say .. that my scale has shown that even if I do not have the capability of getting to my computer to jot my stuff down.. that I have learned a healthier way to choose what i eat!! Ooohh, I so proud of ME! hehe :-)~
