After two weeks of disrupted exercise cos of being sick and going on holidays, i managed to keep the weight off despite eating like I normally do. It looks like i can easily maintain my weight now cos I tend to snack less, exercise more, amd not binge eat. Also the guilt is gone when i do have an ice cream etc. cos i know im still on track... but im not quite at my goal weight yet. 3 more kg to go!
